What do your services include?

A well-groomed, adorable animal for your event. Each animal is cleaned, groomed, and dressed to impress.
Transportation of animal(s) to and from your venue with care.
Prompt Service. We take pride in being punctual. To ensure everything is perfect, we schedule a 30-minute preparation window to dress the animals and fill their serving baskets.
Our Professional Handlers are trained to manage the animals, photograph and support your event. Each handler has a background in animal handling and customer service.
Servers dressed for your occasion. Our animals will be dressed in flowing garlands, twinkling lights, and woven baskets.
Leave no trace behind. Our animals are equipped with "Bun Bags" —These bags collect any waste from the animals and allows us to go where no animal have gone before!
Event coordination. We ensure timeliness, courtesy, and day of details are fulfilled. No stressful day-of management to worry about. We’ve got you covered!
What is NOT included?

The bottled drinks or other items that the animals will be serving. Client will provide alcoholic drinks or nonalcoholic drinks, along with any other items they would like our animals to serve.

What is your payment policy?

Once you have finalized your package and filled out the event detail form, we will send you an official contract to sign. A 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold you reservation. We cannot hold dates until we receive your deposit and the signed agreement.
Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash or Check
Final payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to your event.
What is your weather policy?

Can we book just one burro?
If there is dangerous weather or an Act of God that could put our handlers or animals at risk, we will cancel the service and provide you with a full refund. This type of cancellation is at the full discretion of the owner of Carolina Beverage Burros, LLC.
We currently only book a pair of burros together, as donkeys have a bonded buddy and prefer working with their best friend.
Do you only book for one hour of operational time?
Generally, yes. After attending a number of weddings and events, we have found that guests love the animal experience, their beverages from the adorable server, and taking photos with the animals. After an hour, they are hungry, relaxed, and ready to move on to the main event. This unique experience is best enjoyed in one hour. We recommend one hour of operational time, weather permitting.
